We think “This is a Bad Food. I shouldn’t eat it. I’m a bad girl”
We Make our Self wrong for choosing the food.
I’m asserting that guilt and stress are the two most detrimental emotions
we can bring into our relationship to food and our bodies. They are never
appropriate, nor are they positive motivators to make real lasting change.

If you choose to eat the food, do so without guilt or stress.
Relax and savor every morsel and affirm that whatever you
choose to eat will nourish every cell in your body.
