What results can I expect from this program?

Q: What results can I expect from this program?
A:  You will:

*increase your confidence in choosing foods that are best for your body, without deprivation

*significantly upgrade the quality of the foods you eat, without sacrificing taste

*become skilled at creating healthy, delicious, time efficient meals

*integrate nourishing daily self-care practices that support you to love your body

*apply what you’ve learned – turn your knowledge into action!

Q: Who will benefit most from the program & what is expected of the client?
A: Clients who are excited about making changes, ready to take responsibility for creating an outrageously fulfilling life will benefit greatly. Clientts are expected to take full responsibility for their experience of their program, ask for the support they need to powerfully follow through and be open to the coaching given and be fully engaged in the process. This is a partnership between client and coach.

Q: Who is not likely to benefit from this program?
A: Clients who are looking for a quick fix, not willing to make changes and do their actions steps to fulfill on the goals. Clients who are fixed on keeping a diet-mentality or have intensely negative self-talk. Clients who expect the coach to do all the work for them and have excuses for why they are not following through with their goals will most likely not benefit from my programs.

Q: How can I guarantee to get the most out of the program & reach my goals?

A: Your success in this program will depend on you and the energy you put into it. My most successful clients show up to each session and follow through with their recommendations. They are open and honest, in email communication with me in between sessions, asking for support and letting me know how they are progressing with their goals. Clients who have an additional outside accountability person in their lives (best girl-friend, sister, co-worker, etc) who will cheer them on do remarkably well.

Q: I’m not sure I can afford the monthly payments right now. Do you offer extended payment plans?
A: Yes, I do offer payments plans that will fit your monthly budget. Contact me and we can set it up.

Q: Can I do one or two sessions to see if I like it?
A: You can see if my counseling style is for you by experiencing a 30-minute Strategy Session. This is a great way for you to experience first-hand, what it is like to work with me as a Health Coach. It’s also a great opportunity to see if you are a good fit for my programs.
